Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Process
All orders are shipped via QuiqUp to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and proof of delivery is confirmed at the point of receipt.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to sign a proof of delivery receipt confirming the order was received in good condition. This signed proof of delivery is retained by QuiqUp as confirmation of successful delivery.

Please note: if your order includes items shipped separately, this may result in more than one charge appearing on your card statement.
